Looking for sharing garage space and costs

OK I own too many toys to work on my project Fiero.  I am looking for some additional work space somewhere fairly close.  The HOA isn't really all that happy with my projects.  Anybody know of anything or interested in starting a club based garage, or just giving me a hand with a V8 swap-in.  Well if you are interested drop a reply.  Maybe we can work something out.
